GTP is a CCAI's structured training method for 12-months to prepare future leaders of the Company and designed for young fresh graduates. GTP in Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia with below preference areas :

3. Information Technology
4. Manufacturing
5. Logistic
6. Business services
7. Sales & Marketing
8. Strategic Planning

Requirements

• S1/S2 graduates from reputable universities
• Have max 1 year of working experience
• Active in organization or other social activities
• Good personality
• Have good proficiency in Bahasa and English (oral and written)
• Willing to travel and ready to be placed throughout Indonesia
