Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

• Having working experience in the related field
• Having knowledge of banking operation policy and procedures

ATM Operation Officer - HO Jakarta
Responsibilities

• Ensure the ATM implementation process running well
• Ensure the service according to SLA
• Ensure cash operation running well
• Participate in the development of application systems, SOP and working processes

Requirements

• Male/ female, max 35 years old
• Minimum posssess Bachelor (S1) degree
• Have at least 4 years of experience in his/ her field
• Have the analytical capability and high accuracy

QA and Performance Monitoring Officer - HO Jakarta
Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and sufficiency of ATM Channel performance reporting
• Monitor the performance of e-channel
• Follow up on the achievement of channel performance and partner operator

Back Officer Senior (BO) - All Over Indonesia
Requirements

• Male, max 30 years old
• Hold S1 with GPA 3.00
• Having experience in the Back Office / Teller min 2 year
• Able to work in tight schedule
• Good communication analytical skills
• Customer oriented, Accurate, Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and creative problem-solver
• Good team player
• Handling transaction administration, accounting and tax
• Providing internal and external report

Frontlines (FL) - All Over Indonesia
Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
• GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university
• Male or Female, max 25 years old
• Having experience in the same position min 1 year
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS. Word, Excel)
• Good appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Pleasant to help customer needs
• High initiative, discipline and ready to work in a team with tight schedule
• Height Min. 160 cm (Female) & 170 cm (Male)

Internal Control (IC) - All Over Indonesia
Requirements

• Male is preferred, max 35 years old
• Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) especially majoring in Economic, Accounting, Banking
• GPA minimum 2.75 from reputable university
• Experienced in operation banking industry for 3 years (Back Office or Internal Control)
• Having knowledge of banking operation policy and procedures
• Meticulous, discipline, good analytical thinking

Head Back Office - Jabodetabek
Requirements

• Male is preferred, max 35 years old
• Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) especially majoring in Economic, Accounting, Banking
• GPA minimum 2.75 from reputable university
• Experienced in operation banking industry for 3 years
• Having knowledge of banking operation policy and procedures

Head Teller - Jabodetabek
Requirements

HC Area Support Sumbagut Area - Medan
Requirements

• Male, max 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable graduated from Psychology
• Having experience in Human Resource/ Human Capital Department for 5 years
• Good interpersonal skill, discipline, high initiative
• Good English communication skill and having knowledge about Syariah Banking is a plus
• Customer oriented, Accurate, Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Will be located in Medan Sumatera Utara
