- This is a 1 year Management Trainee (MT) Program that will be fulfill supervisory level in sales function after MT completing the program with great performance result. - Maintaining cGMP, document review update and issuing, capacity planning and capital investments, maintaining operational expense. Process and efficiency improvement ideas, monitoring and problem solving, input into planning, process scheduling, operator assignment and development.
- University graduate in pharmacy.
- You should have a minimum of eight years experience in the healthcare industry and a minimum of five years experience at production/packaging management level.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program and propose the improvement action to Production Manager
- Assist Production Manager to monitor implementation of standard operation procedure on safety, health and environment related to process and plant safety by reviewing start up/shut down checklist in order to minimize risk
- Lead a team to continue innovation/ improvement program within production department and or related department by set up SGA (small group activity) and implement 5S (Kaizen) to meet targeted OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)
- Monitor, evaluate production variance compare to standard production cost, and preparing corrective and preventive action to ensure variances is managed
- Monitor, evaluate and improve implementation of applied Management System : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
- Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products and safety, health environment guideline/ procedure to be approved Production Manager
- Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/ legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and propose to Production Manager.
- Assist Production Manager to develop or improve business process to increase efficiency and boosts profit of the organization in the manufacturing sector. He is responsible to providing the manufacturing data, evaluation, suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing until providing the process design (preliminary design) if needed to get the better plant performance. He will also support the Production Manager activity when Production Manager does not in place.
- University degree in chemical engineering/ industrial engineering

- Revise BOM and routing in system if needed.
- Issue purchase request.
- Create packaging sheet process.
- Prepare and compile packaging monthly report.
- Review batch record.
- Maintain and update SOP.
- Maintain OPEX and CAPEX for packaging.
- Issue e-Pcash for packaging.
- Record employee absences, shift and overtime.
- University graduate in any major.

- Familiar with SAP systems.
- The position requires somebody who is possess good time management, good administration skills.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to Medical Expert, the incumbent will be responsible for acting as scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community through the dissemination and education of scientific data and material
- Has Bachelor degree in medicine.
- Has sufficient knowledge on products or medical fields.
- > 2 years experience as a MSL or in another role in pharma industry (e.g. sales force, medical affairs associate).
- Has a good communication skill to build relationship with KOLs and doctors

- Maintain the Utilities and Infrastructures of the factory
- Lead a group of utilities maintenance in doing preventive maintenance, repair and improvement projects
