Electrical Engineer Supervisor - Jakarta
- Reporting to Utilities Assistant Engineering Manager, working in Engineering Department
- Maintain the Utilities and Infrastructures of the factory
- Lead a group of utilities maintenance in doing preventive maintenance, repair and improvement projects
- Develop the existing maintenance program and skill of people
- Find out the efficiency potential and implement the ideas in the working place
- Work together with other sections and departments in order to achieve the common targets
- S1 / D3 Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience at a supervisor level
- Familiar with PLC, control system, building automation system, fire alarm system
- Strong leadership, smart-working and able to work in team
- Willing to work in shifts
- Able to communicate in English (oral/written)
- Expected entry: October / November 2012
- Reporting to Equipment Assistant Engineering Manager, working in Engineering Department
- Maintain all machineries of production and packaging process
- Lead a group of equipment maintenance in doing preventive maintenance, repair and improvement projects
- Develop the existing maintenance program and skill of people
- Support the projects and utilize the existing man power as much as possible
- Find out the efficiency potential and implement the ideas in the working place
- Work together with other sections and departments in order to achieve the common targets
- S1 / D3 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience at a supervisor level
- Familiar with PLC, control system, automation and GMP requirements
- Familiar with Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Spare Parts Management
- Strong leadership, smart-working and able to work in team
- Problem solver and good analytic thinker
- Willing to work in shifts
- Able to communicate in English (oral/written)
- Expected entry: October / November 2012
Responsibilities
- To manage QC Dept. to run its functions to support Production process.
- To lead QC people to effectively work as a work team.
- To ensure all task and activities in QC Dept. are aligned with company’s strategy and GMP requirements.
- Leading QC Preparation Team
- Solving Problem Quality Material Issue
- Communicate with Buyer and Supplier for Quality Material Issue
- Controlling the quality about product
- Male / Female
- Max 40 years old
- Doctor/ Pharmacist/ Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/ Chemistry (Master degree are preferable)
- Min. 3 years’ experience in related field
- Having ability to communicate in English
- Specifically responsible for all aspects of training and development in Sales & Marketing Department
- Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all Learning and Development solutions to help Sales Force exceed sales target and become more competitive in the market
- Set and propose annual training program plan and annual training budget
- Assisting recruitment process of new employee for Sales & Marketing Department
- Male/ Female, max 38 years old
- Holding Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related position, experienced in Sales Force training area, preferably from Pharmaceutical Industry
- Mastery on training and development training needs analysis evaluation/ assessment principles, developing training program
- Posses a good communications skill (oral, written, presentation, facilitating) and motivating skills.
- Able to deal effectively with different levels of staff
- Report directly to District Sales Manager Dermatology
