Qualifications

• Female, citizen of Indonesian
• Not married
• Sound mind and body
• Minimum 18 years old and maximum 27 years old
• Minimum SMA/ SMK graduate,  Diploma 3 Degree or above preferred
• Minimum height 158 cm with ideal weight and proportional posture
• Not wearing glassess
• Proficient in English both written and spoken

Requirements:

• Physically and mentally healthy

• Min. SMA / SMK, preferably possess Diploma 3 degree or above
• Height min. 158 cm with proportional body weight and postures
• Not using eyeglasses (contact lenses are allowed)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

CHEF ON BOARD
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Food and Beverages Preparation and Processing.
• Check the food and beverage quantity and quality.
• Serving high quality and healthy dish with 5 stars restaurant standard (Fine Dining)
• Communicate with the passengers about the dish and such as describe menus, discover passenger’s desire and give recommendation to the passengers and ask passenger’s satisfaction about the dishes that were served.
• Discuss Food Nutrition with passengers and responsible of developing menu.
• Assist Serving Cockpit and Responsible of safety and security.

Requirement :

• Male / Female, age between 24 – 35 Years Old.
• Having experience as Chef de partie or Sous Chef in the leading hotel or fine dining.
• Excellent in English (minimum TOEIC score 700)
• Having good Communication and Interpersonal skill
• Attractive appearance ( clear complexion )
• Having Good attitude and Stable / Pleasant Personalities
• Proportional Posture (min. 160 for female and 165 for male, with Ideal Weight )
