Customer Service
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide information, receive and process customer complaints by responding to customer complaints immediately and appropriately in order to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female
• Age max.30 years old
• Holding min. diploma degree (D1), preferably communication or any related disciplines
• Having at least 1 year experience in the same position / related field
• Having excellent communication & presentation skill
• Attractive appearance & pleasant personality
• Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Excellent in spoken and written English
