Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide information, receive and process customer complaints by responding to customer complaints immediately and appropriately in order to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Female
- Age max.30 years old
- Holding min. diploma degree (D1), preferably communication or any related disciplines
- Having at least 1 year experience in the same position / related field
- Having excellent communication & presentation skill
- Attractive appearance & pleasant personality
- Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Excellent in spoken and written English
