HD Serv Enviroment Engineering - Balikpapan
Job Description :
  • Coordinate and organize environment studies in order to comply with HSE Company regulations & standards
  • Review environment perfomance of affiliate to provide proper and auditable business process
  • Support engineering aspects for emergency response preparedness of oil spill in order to minimize operational risk and mitigation of potential environmental effect
  • Conduct and control cost efficiency and effectiveness of service operations to optimize operational expenses within service
  • Conduct and control human resources aspect covering man power planning, personal competency development, and performance appraisal to ensure continuation of people development within the service
Required Skills
  • Education :
    • Graduated from Bachelor degree, preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience    
    • Having experience in environmental aspects of oil & gas industry, preferably with field exposure
  • Skills    
    • Able to present solutions fitting the Best Available Technology/ Best Environment Practice to put in relation Regulatory requirements (both government and company standard) and company economical and technical constraint
    • Negotiation and communication skills dealing with government authorities and team management
Coordinator Space Planning - Balikpapan
Job Description
  • Job Purpose
    • Coordinate all development programs related to general facilities(housing, offices, common facilities), work plans, projects, and organization/work methods and procedures to ensure the availability and enhancements of all business processes related to general supports services that contribute to Company's objectives, quality improvements, cost saving
  • Accountabilities
    • Coordinate & control the jobs related to task force office development matters in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP)
    • Study required by Management in collaboration with other entities (esp. In Balikpapan) and recommendations for requirement solution and/or improvements to ensure the visual contribution to Company's objectives, quality improvements, cost saving
    • Coordinate all development programs related to general facilities (housing, offices, common facilities) to ensure availability of up to date master plan, and the appropriate development programs, designation, and allocation of those facilities
    • Assist the general services department and services in developing work plans, projects, and organization/work methods and procedures to ensure enhancements of certain parts business processes and work practices related to general supports & services
Required Skills
  • Education    
    • Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in architecture & civil engineering)
  • Experience    
    • Experience in corporate real estate space planning
    • Experience working as real estate consultant is beneficiary
  • Skills    
    • Fluent Written and spoken English
    • Presentation skills
    • Negotiation skills
