Internship Development Program Coordinator - Jakarta
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinates Internship Programs within Adaro Group for identifying potential high school & undergraduate students
- Ensuring all internship programs are developed (technical and non-technical skills) implemented as per plan and for all Adaro sites (Jakarta & Kalimantan), and administered as per company objectives
- Minimum S1 in Management/ Business Administration/ Psychology
- Min. 1 years experience in internship programs would be a plus
- Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
- Able to supervise a number of projects at the same time
- Able to recommend the correct work area for participant of internship
- Knows how to deal with universities and promote internship at Adaro
- Able to deliver simple skill training
- Able to coordinate internship participants who are high school and university students

- Coordinates Graduate Development Program
- Ensuring all programs are prepared and implemented as scheduled
- Reviews all graduate development program and continue to improve
- Work with Admin Support Superintendent to develop document & knowledge management
- Support in developing curriculum for graduate development program if needed
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Geotech) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting
- Minimum 1 year in administering or coordinating a development program
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering work would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in training and development area is a plus
- Some exposure in Program Curriculum Development
- Able to administer or coordinate program
- Able to supervise a team of program counsellors

Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Jakarta regarding the accuracy of the report and the latest policies and procedures to ensure the financial and accounting activities at the site implementation.
- Prepare and analyze data that will be used for budget planning every department.
- Monitor all of budegt that were use by every department, so the budget can be controlled.
- Monitor, control, and coordinate with each department / section in order to verify the use of the budget of each department / section to ensure accuracy in the placement / allocation in the financial records.
- Monitor and control the payment of taxes includes the preparation of the tax administration, reporting and payment of taxes (especially the UN) to ensure the company's tax obligation can be met in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure for every activity rmust ecording, labeling and inspection of assets and corporate assets periodically.
- Do evaluation periodicly for every financial statements (cash flow, accounts payable) to ensure that the report has been made accurately and in accordance with the applicable provisions.
- Male/ Female with maximum 35 years of age
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
- Having experience 5 years experience in auditor or consolidation with at least 3 years in Supervisor level (preferably from public accountant).
- Having experience min.3 years as Finance & Accounting on site based.
- Having knowledge about making consolidation and accounting report.
- Having knowledge about tax.
- Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
- Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking
- Willing to be placed at Tanjung Tabalong (Kalimantan Selatan)
