Officer Development Program Operations
About the program :

• This is a program that will develop you to become leaders in operations group pf Bank Danamon Indonesia. Before exposed to the real workplace you will be excited during 9 months of learning program compirising in class training, on the job training, and projects. After equiped  with extensive learing experience then you are ready to pursue your futher career in the field  of operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master degree (any major) with strong academic record, GPA Min. 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
• Maximum Age of 25 for Bachelor an 27 for Master Degree
• Prossess good English communication skill
• Strong leadership potential
• Passion in Banking operations
• Creative mind, resilient attitude, adaption to intense wotk pace and working hours, also eager to take improvement initiative
