  • The Mining Sales Manager is responsible to drive the mining growth agenda of Indonesia. The business targets include gross margin, volume, expenses, business growth, HSSE, debt management and value management. The Mining Sales Manager is the link between the mining customers, distributors and internal mining application BDM. This role will be directly reporting to Industrial Country Manager
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Others or equivalent.
  • Excellent English fluency
  • 2-5 year of sales & marketing experience with proven track record in mining is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with proven track records.
  • Ability to work independently and set realistic goals and prioritize in order to obtain objectives
  • Must have excellent in both written and spoken English
  • High level of business acumen & business development skills. Superior troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of mining equipment and industrial applications, perhaps from mining operational, production and B2B sales experience.
  • success in delivering results and outcomes through influencing others.
  • interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience in managing senior relationships
External Affairs & Anti Counterfeit Coordinator - Jakarta
  • The role will report to the Business Risk Manager, responsible for all external affairs matters mainly but not limited to acting as Castrol Indonesia's government liaison, working with Castrol Indonesia's country team in regards with adherence of Castrol Indonesia's regulatory compliance including product registration (NPT) process and monitoring of current legislation & government regulations that may have impact to Castrol Indonesia's activities, products & services (APS). The job holder will also coordinate all anti counterfeit activities with consulting relevant parties including but not limited to the business (S&M), IP & Trade mark advisor, Legal, Lawyer, Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Security.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in managing external affairs, communications as well as dealing with governmental bodies
  • Excellent English fluency
  • Experienced in coordinating and delivering large scale of project with fixed timeline of delivery
  • Good communication skill (both in verbal and writing) to liaise and dealing with government, other functions & business.
  • Project management skill
  • Good in interpersonal skill and having friendly approach to people
  • Medium skill in MS Office application, particularly Excel spreadsheet.
