Cargo Purchase Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the formulation of important issues (objective) on the procurement of goods and services, through the analysis, formulation, compilation, modeling, forecasting data / information, in order to see the development of Wholesale / other related indicators as inputs that need to be anticipated by management.
  • Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions or recommendations on process improvement procurement of goods and services to improve the quality of management decisions.
  • Ensure the process comprehension, methodology or Optimal goods & service procurement recommendation  by the related parties.
  • Ensure the programs implementation related to the procurement of goods and services.
  • Ensuring availability of reports and review of the program implementation.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, Indonesian Citizen
  • Age below 27 years old
  • Holding min. S1 Degree from reputable university local or abroad with min GPA 3.00 (out of 4.0 scale) preferably majoring in Business, Management, Sales Administration, Industrial Engineering
  • Having at least 1 year experience in Goods and Service Procurement
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Active in Organization
  • Computer literate (MS Office and Internet)
Cargo Capacity Control Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing Achievement Cargo Load Factor (CLF) & Revenue being controlled
  • Ensuring & Over Analyzing Percentage Booking Planning & Doing well noshow Prevention
  • Ensuring Implementation of Pre Flight Check (Schedule, Reservations, Commodity, Wait list)
  • Analyzing & Ensuring report and review of the implementation of the program implementation
  • Analyze and implement tehnic Cargo Control Network Management System and unit pricing to the Cargo Tariff & Pricing Performance CLF has been achieved
  • Analyzing & Make Booking Pattern Report
  • No show Analyzing Report & Make No show Prevention
  • Ensuring the well-Handling Queue Cluster
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Qualifications:
  • Male / Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Minimal S1 from reputable university, both at home and abroad
  • GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Preferred from Economics, Management, Business
  • Active in English, both spoken and written
  • Actively take part in the organization
  • Mastering the use of computers (internet and minimal Ms. Office)
