Accounting Staff (Code : Acc)
Responsibilities:

• Follow up issued PO Import related to costing
• Process, Preparing & Checking AP - Import / Local
• Monitoring Clearing Account Import / Local
• Monitoring Receiving Inventory Import on Quantity and Amount on Inventory Sub System and GL
• Process and Monitoring Up Date Purchase Costing
• Monitoring Inventory WIP, Finished Good on Q and Amount
• Monitoring Actual Cost Unit Production
• Reconcile Data GL and Subsystem Inventory
• Reconcile Outstanding SA/AR/SP Balance (Sub Ledger & Aging with GL Social Ability)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Male/female, single, age maximum 26 years old.
• Has 1 year experience in the same field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
• Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal.
• Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as team.
• Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
• Have interest in automotive.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Buyer Staff (Code : Buyer)
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and quotation
• Conduct sourcing activity to achieve localization target
• Negotiation with suppliers
• Communicate with Nissan Global

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of  4.00
• Has 1 year experience in the same related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, Single, age maximum 30 years old
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
• Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, good perspective and more on accuracy
• Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative, and can work as team
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard working, and has interest in automotive

Technical Support Staff (Code: TS)
Responsibilities:

• Support problem solving to all Nissan’s dealer.
• Collect and prepare all technical problem from each Nissan’s dealer and distribute it back to Nissan’s dealer.
• Prepare the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB).
• Prepare the Product Information Bulletin (PIB).
• Conduct audit activities, such as SST list, equipment, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Male, Single, Age 25-30 years old.
• Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field.
• Have strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
• Have good communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work in a team.
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and willing to travel.
• Has enthusiasm in automotive.

Product Specialist Staff (Code: Product Specialist)
Responsibilities:

• Develop Nissan future product line up which suitable for Indonesian market.
• Manage current Nissan product life cycle.
• Monitor market and competitor product movement and propose a necessary action.
• Evaluate and test the cars and propose suggestion and improvement for Nissan product.
• Set the best price positioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Economic or Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Single, 25-30 years old.
• Has minimum 1 year experience in Car Industry (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, presentation skill, and able to work in team.
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to travelling and available work overtime, hard working, and have big interest in automotive.
• Familiar with statistic tools (SPSS and E-views).
• Can drive car and has driving license (is a must).

• Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written).
• Having excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work in a team.
• Computer literate, fast learner, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime, hard working, and willing to travel.
• Having enthusiasm in automotive.

Market Analyst Staff
Responsibilities:

• Conducting costumers survey/research related with Automotive Industry
• Forecasting future automotive market demand
• Monitoring Automotive Market condition
• Monitoring customers trend, competitor product movement and any issues related with Automotive Industry
• Monitoring Nissan’s competitiveness in the market using Pricing Analysis as one of the tools
• Preparing Advanced Planning Process and related job

Requirement:

• Male/Female, Single, Age between 22-27 years old
• Holding min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Having at least 1 year experience in the same related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Having good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
• Having good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, presentation skill, and able to work in team.
• Fluent in English is a must (both written and spoken).

Local Ordering & Export Admin Staff
Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping document for export (invoice, packing list, form D, container booking, etc)
• Prepare PO for local & PDI supplier
• Follow up PO delivery schedule for local supplier and PDI accessories

• Male, Single
• Candidate should be at least Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Having min. 1 year experience in the same field.
• Have excellent numerical ability, analytical thinking, and more on accuracy.
• Have excellent interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
• Fast learner, hard working, willing and able to work under pressure, available to work overtime.
