Requirements:

- Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering/ME with GPA minimum 3.00
- Experienced minimum 1 years in the same position
- Able to handling project for manufacturing
- Familiar with AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, Sketch Up & Excel
- Energetic, loyal, high motivation, excellent communication & interpersonal skill

- Ability to execute the tender process for the purchasing of materials and services
- Experienced in tender project evaluation for respective department, reviewing claim of contractors for delayed or post contract job, as well as preparing payment supporting documents
- Must have procurement basic skill
- Capable as buyer and negotiator
- Capable in dealing with suppliers & facilitate management of cost and delivery
- Fluently English, both spoken & written (mandarin is preferable)
