BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BC-UI)
Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients.

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering Major (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial)
• Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum 27 years old in 2012
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
• Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
• Able to join the company immediately
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (HRD-UI)
Responsibilities :

• Implementing the placement organization and people development. Getting employees with appropriate skills, abilities and competencies for the company needs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management)
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum age of 27 years old in 2012
• Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
• Computer literacy is a must
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
