Health and Safety Environment Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety Environment Officer (HSE Officer) has resposibilities for the implementation of company health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and objectives. Ensure the company operations are performed within HSE best practices and projects are delivered through the observance established HSE procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Male, max 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma (D3)
  • Have a good knowledge in safety, quality, health & environment and good in establish for HSE Management System, ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SOP, JSA, and Emergency Response
  • Having 1-2 year experience as HSE Officer (in Oil & Gas Industry) is an advantage.

Financial Controller - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Financial controller in Elnusa Tbk. work projects
Requirements:
  • Male age between 24 - 30 years old
  • Minnimum Bachelor (S1)  Majoring in Accounting from reputable University (GPA min 2.75 scale of 4)
  • Having min. 2 years experience as Accounting Staff (will be advantage in KAP as Auditor / Oil & Gas Industry)
  • Excel in MS-Office and understand Excel-Macro
  • Wiiling to job travel to all of Elnusa work projects
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Database, SAP & Internet)

Procurement Engineer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Analysis:
    • development and implementation of strategies related to the performance of the procurement department
    • support duties and responsibilities of heads of departments and heads of procurement section
    • perform analysis of the technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, and matters relating to the vendor (capabilities, etc.).
    • consultation with a team of asset / engineering / maintenance / user above criteria and specifications.
    • identification of potential vendors, including vendors develop the AVL (approved vendor list)
    • bridge the interests of the vendor with the user in terms of specs, pricing, after sales services, continuity of supply, as well as alternative materials / services.
    • working with departments / divisions dealing with reports related departments / divisions / directorates.
  • Reporting:
    • Published a comprehensive report on the analysis of the materials and / or services that have been purchased at least 1 time in 1 month.
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Age 25-27 years
  • Minimal Bachelor (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, electrical Engineering, Business Management
  • Have experience of working as a Procurement staff (in the oil and gas industry preferred) at least 2 years.
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, eProcurement.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Having the ability to thinking analytically
  • Have good presentation skill.
