Requirements :
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75 from reputable university.
- Maximum age 27 years old when applying.
- Willing to not get married during education period.
- Having a good knowledge about the basic principles of Islam and sharia banking.
- Having a good leadership and analytical skills.
- Confident, and able to communicate well.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- No family relationship with Bank Muamalat employees and Board of Directors.
- Willing to follow the educational program within the specified time and place.
- Willing to be placed in all Bank Muamalat branches throughout Indonesia.
- Preferably male.
