Customer Relation Leader - Narogong
Responsibilities :
  • To plan, initiate, supervise, monitor and control the implementation and effectiveness of customer retention & relationship strategies, programs, activities and ideas that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviors through multiple sales channels in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and customer relationship management
  • Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing/ supervising the operation.
  • Advance in SAP-SD Module, CRM-Service Clouds, Telephony Infrastructure and Network Engineering.
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent in English written and verbal
  • Able to create a system and install technology that satisfies and respond well to various customers of Holcim Indonesia as well as to support and enable the customer care team to execute and handle daily roles

M&S System Management Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Implement Marketing & Sales Management System by fostering the usage of available tools, in order to increase Directorate’s effectiveness & efficiency:
    • Manage M&S System (SAP, Qlickview, Microsoft Office, STARS, SFCD, etc.)
    • Optimize and/or enhance the content of each Marketing & Sales System and also ensuring the system to support the business process
    • Encourage the usage and impact of M&S System to business result, especially cross department user
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)
  • Experience:
    • Three years working experiences.

Responsibilities :
  • As Corporate Governance Counsel to the HIL Office, this position provides corporate affairs support function to all corporate affairs matters in relate to the Capital Market regulations and Company Law.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Law Degree from reputable University (Master is preference)
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 – 5 years of Corporate Legal Experience, in particular with Capital Market and company Law
    • Computer literacy: Proficient with MS Office
  • Language:
    • Good in English and Bahasa both oral or written

Senior Key Account for Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG) - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
  • Purpose of this job is to increase revenue, to continue volume development, and to ensure market information transfer during selling oil well cement as well as to maintain existing mortar customers, penetrate new mortar customers and develop new service/product fit for application for customers as an added value.
  • As Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG) Sr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • To prepare in coordination with the Transformational Sales Manager the annual operating budget for his/her area/country of responsibility
  • To assure and control sales plan; review deviations within planned performance of his/her area/country and to initiate corrective actions
  • To develop the present and future markets and the prices for GOG and Mortar segmen
  • To lead negotiations with customers and issue quotations.
  • To handle and negotiate with Distributors in order to achieve Target
  • To create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
  • To handle costumer complaints and to settle product quality issues
  • To organize shipment schemes with the use of various transport means and warehouses; organize all export issues related to oil well cement
  • To coordinate with supporting function for product availability, product quality and on time delivery.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering
  • Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in construction business, Oil and Gas industry also mortar industry
  • Experience in sales and/or application consulting in Oil and Gas and mortar industry
  • Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint) Lotus Notes, Internet
  • Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities :
  • As Senior Sourcing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible to fully support in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
    • Lead cross functional teams to determinate and evaluate sustainable improvement opportunities toward lowest total cost of Ownership
    • Negotiate and implement Agreements with preferred suppliers
    • Ensure compliance to contracted agreements with other functions in the Corporate at the company, regional and global level.
    • Review and improve both supplier’s and company’s performance against KPI’s to achieve sustainable lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable.
