Assistan Product Coordinator - Narogong
Responsibilities
- To analyse and review of product quality always meet with both internal & external requirement according to the agreed and defined specifications.
- To monitor implementation of all quality policies and procedures to ensure consistency of the product quality
- To work inline with plant quality control to ensure alignment operation procedure among the plants
Requirements
- Education:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Science, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience:
- Quality Control and Assurance analyst
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Previous exposure to a Quality Management System, internal auditing, or analyst job is an advantage
- Computer literacy:
- Computer literacy MS Office is must
- Language:
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Cement / chemical manufacturing process
- Customer focus
- Strong ability build up team work
- Communication skill
- Analytical & problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- The positions is needed to assists Purchasing Superintendent in executing the Purchasing Strategy (the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase, the act of purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what is required is received on time in the quality and quantity specified).
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
- Experience:
- Two years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company
- Computer literacy:
- Microsoft Office
- Language:
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
- Location:
- Tuban / Cilacap / Narogong (willing to be located either in these 3 areas)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all activities of Concrete Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to produce good product quality, high value and achieved budged profitability in safe and efficient manner
- To be actively managed the establishment of additional concrete operations, which is will support the long term business objectives of the company
- Education:
- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree of Civil Engineering
- Experience in concrete & aggregate / cement management
- Computer literacy:
- Microsoft, SAP, CMD qc, and other program support
- Language:
- Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Knowledge of Concrete technology and updated
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Good Financial and Mathematic skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Able to act as Midfield in coordination and collaboration with others cross function
- Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
