• Represent the company to the Customer and act as the Customer in the company, that covers the provision of information,  in management, customer complaints / satisfaction, project monitoring in order to ensure customer satisfaction in working with PAMA.

• Maximum age 27 years old for fresh graduate.
• Proficient in English and other foreign languanges.
• Good presenation skill.
• Placement: Head Office (willing to mobiling to the site).

Human Capital Officer - Kalimantan

• Control, coordinate and implement all activities of Human Resource Section in the site organization and correct the problem and the employees satisfaction level in accordance with program policies and procedures that have been determined either from HO or Site to ensure the smooth HR operation and employee satisfaction.

• Analyze assessment results, provide recommendations regarding the results of the assessment and talent development programs, monitoring the implementation of the talent program.

Senior Civil Engineer - Head Office

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and control all activities of infrastructure development (building, construction) and maintenance around the PAMA job site.
