Finance Manager (FM)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to implement Cash Management activities
• Responsible to implement Tax Management activities
• Responsible for General Ledger Management in area, through reporting and accounting system implementation
• Responsible for disbursement management in area, through administration for disbursement to principals

Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
• Having 4 year experiences in the same field and 3 year experiences in Registered Accountant Firm
• Good knowledge in financial and accounting system
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity and able to work under pressure
• Strong leadership, high team spirit and trust building attitude
• Strong analytical thinking, result oriented and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

Crew Recruitment Officer (CRO)
Requirements

• S1/S2 majoring in Management/ Human Resources or D3/D4 majoring in Maritime
• Having minimum 2 years experience in the same position in the shipping company
• It has a charming personality and able to communicate well
• Having the ability to negotiate and able to work under pressure
• Placement in Samudera Indonesia Ship Manajemen – Jakarta Barat

Communication Specialist (CS)
Responsibilities:

• To identify and create content to keep company intranet up-to-date
• Coordinate the production of periodical newsletter
• Draft press release and to be the first point of contact for the press
• Oversee the development of the company website and subsequent website updates
• Ensure that all communications materials are produced in appropriate languages

Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mass Communication, Marketing, journalism or other related discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
• Having working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Has ability to write as well as edit article, news and social media report
• Experienced at website management, journalism and graphic design would be an advantage
• Experienced at media relationship and photography
• Good interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English is a must
• Wide range of networking in the media
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrate creative thinking , initiative and attention to details
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office
