Qualifications:
- Female/Male
- Age between 23-27 years old
- Holding at least D3 Degree in Industrial Engineering or Japanese Literature
- With min. GPA 2,80 from reputable university
- Having good knowledge of MRP and Ordering
- Excellent skills in using MS office is a must
- Fluent in spoken and written English, ability to speak Japanese would be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in manufacturing site
Requirements :
- Female, single with maximum 27 years old.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from secretary (Tarakanita is preferable)
- Having attractive appearance with excellent in communication skill
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with TOEFL score 500
- Pleasant personality and able to work in a team
- Computer literate with excellent in MS. Office

Responsibilities :
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization
- Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
- Developing effective induction program
- Producing training materials for in-house courses
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluating training and development program.
- Male / Female with age max. 35 years.
- Candidate must possess Master Degree from reputable university
- Have at least 4 years experience in handling and delivering training activities.
- Good knowledge in conducting TNA and training evaluation.
- Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, energetic, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
