Front Liners (FL) - Jabodetabek
Responsibilities :

• Serve the activities of cash deposits and withdrawals, transfer / non-cash deposit (rupiah and foreign currency).
• Implement the service in the front office according to Bank Mandiri prescribed standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree, preferably possess Bachelor (S1) degree from accredited University.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• Maximum 24 years old for fresh graduate candidates.
• Attractive appearance.
• Computer literate minumum MS Office.
• Not married.
• Do not have immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, husband/wife) working at Bank Mandiri.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang.

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements :

• Minimum S1 / S2 from all majors except Medical Sciences, Health Science / Nursing, Literature, Art, Teaching & Religious
• GPA :
• Minimum GPA 3.00 for S1
• Minimum GPA 3,20 for S2
• Age :
• Maximum age 26 years old (S1) 
• Maximum age 28 years old (S2)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literate minimal MS Office programs
• Not married and willing to not get married during the education
• Willing to undergo a bond
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Supporting Staff - Jabodetabek
Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from accredited university
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum 24 years old by initial selection for fresh graduate candidates
• Maximum 26 years old for candidates with 2 years experience
• Attractive appearance
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office
• Not married
