Your Opportunity :

• YOU are responsible to the implementation of crop monitoring, Good Agricultural Practices and support in planning & organizing of improvement projects & area development to meet the company target.You also responsible to collect, provide, and maintain related data, information, or reports to provide update & valid data to the company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Agronomy/Agriculture/Soil Science/Pest and Disease Management with minimum GPA 3.00
• Preferable having 1 year working experience in tobacco industry or tobacco sourcing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sufficient knowledge on tobacco plantation, warehouse storing, and processing
• Action oriented and customer focus
• Willing to travel around Indonesia

Operations Planning Analyst - Budgeting
Your Opportunity :

• YOU are responsible to perform and coordinate Operations budget process among stakeholders as well as to understand a high level flow of the Operations process; provide data monitoring, analysis and validation, as well as reporting to support Operations strategies and plans.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Having good knowledge on Operations business process
• Excellent analytical and planning skills as well as conceptual and coordination capabilities
• Preferable having 1 (one) year experience in IT related jobs
• Focus on details and accuracy in deliverables
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
