Recruitment Specialist (subject : REC SPC)
Requirements:

• S1 or S2 graduates majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment or HR Development
• Mastering tools psychological test
• Preferably when understanding the concept of Model Competency or Competency-Based Human Resource Management
• Preferably when understanding the concept and application of Assessment Center

Human Resources Officer (subject : Human Resources Officer)
Requirements:

• Female, age max 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics or Statistics with min GPA 3.00
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Ms Excel and Ms Word)
• Meticulous, detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
