Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Create, execute Training & Development program, also ensuring that the concept of Training & Development program created are in line with the company's objectives whilst also includes conducting periodic monitoring and evaluation of those programs.
- Minimum S1 majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00 of 4 scale
- A team player with high motivation, capacity to learn, precision result
- Quality conscious & have a lot of energy
- And able to share his/her idea in English
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 majoring in Accounting with GPA minimum of 3.00 of 4 scale
- Previous experience in relevant field will be advantage
- Enjoy working with people and have a lot of energy, yet deliver result with low supervision
- Quality and safety conscious
- Able to share his/her idea in English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in conducting Job Evaluation, Salary Review, Mass Promotion, Head Count Planning and any kind of project related to Compensation Department
- Bachelor Degree of Math or Industrial Engineering
- Having 1-2 years procurement/purchasing area
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Computer literate (SAP, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook)
- Having the ability to operate Mercer System and IPE System are an advantage
