Compensation & Benefit Officer (Code: CBO)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review Compensation & Benefit policy and procedure
- Support Superintendent in any Industrial Relation issues.
- Female/Male
- Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics or Statistics with GPA min. 3.00
- Having min. 1 year experience in Compensation & Benefit and/or Industrial Relation area
- Familiar with Compensation and Benefit System and policy.
- Able to held Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
- Having knowledge and able to make job grading system.
- Excellent skills in using MS Excel (Macro and Visual Basic).
- Possess excellent knowledge in labor law and other related regulations regarding the industrial relations.
- Having good knowledge about coal mining industry.
- Having good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
- Having good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work in team environment displaying leadership
- High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experiences related to community development.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
- Possess good skill in computer application (MS Office)
- Possess good communication skill (Banjarnese is an advantage)
