Internship – HRD (Code: Internship)
Requirements:
- Student in last Semester or Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree from any major
- Meticulously detail, creative, fast learner and highly motivated
- Excellent communication and having a good personality
- PC literate (Ms Office)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
- To consistently provide superior operations services to all business units by processing all treasury transactions (FX, MM, fixed income and its derivatives) at the best possible solution as soon as the complete document were received.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of banking operation experience. (preferably have minimum one year experience in processing Treasury Operations).
- Desirable to have experience in processing fixed income transactions
- Have good knowledge in all Treasury products
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
- Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
- Lead from user side: act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all bank product and set up the proper/correct accounting treatment for each product
- Performed analysis of project impact in Finance-related downstream system such as: general ledger system and impairment system
- Work with project team to validate and finalize detailed requirements and review of the Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Coordinate and work with project team to supports Finance users during UAT, Go Live and Post Implementation Review (PIR)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university;
- Strong knowledge and experience in areas: Finance Control;
- Pose strong data analysis and business analysis skill;
- Pose 1-2 years involvement in Core Banking replacement project is a plus;
- Familiar with Oracle Flexcube is a plus;
- Excellent writing, communications skills;
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills;
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
- Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
