Temporary Finance Administrator
Job Purpose
- The Finance Admin will be responsible to perform job of Account Payable to perform employee expense claim and invoices in accurate and timely manners as agreed time frame according to the related company policy and regulation.
- Perform an analyzing personal expenses, self development, planning and pre and post implementation check and operational support of all approved business system on account payable related.
- Ensure that personnel expenses and benefit in kind recording are in line with company policy and government regulation.
- Perform the monthly expatriates and directors expenses report
- To verify and journal process the employee expense claim and invoices related to the employees expenses i.e hospital, medical insurances, housing etc.
- To provide an adequate documentation and filing
- To provide supporting data for employee expenses analysis
- Minimum D3 Accounting
- Experience min. 1 year will be preference
- Advance skill in Excel (familiar using formulas ie : Sumif, Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
- Willing to be placed in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta
- Available to start immediately!
