Manufacturing Engineering (Code: ME)
Responsibilities:

• Design machinery / equipment / part(Electrical Scope); Machine programming ( PLC ); Prepare part list, part drawing and machinery equipment; Support trouble shooting on production machine; Do machine cost down activity; Control progress, schedule, and budget; Arrange machinery DR

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age not more than 25 years old
• Holding Diploma degree (D3) from any major above with GPA min 2.80 ( 4.00 scale )
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Having strong Leadership, honest and high integrity
• Computer literate ( Office, Drawing, Statistical )
• Aggressive & Target Oriented Person.
• Excellent spoken & written in English

Production Planning Control Officer (Code: PPC-Off)
Responsibilities:

• Procurement activity and delivery control
• Issuance periodical reports & documentation
• Implementation of over all activity

Requirements:

• Female
• Age maximum 26 years old
• Holding at least a D3 Degree from any major with GPA min. 3.0 (available for fresh graduated)
• Independent and have a good initiative, detail, love paper work task, high motivation to learn, trustworthy, good spoken and written in English.
• Having experience in the same field will be an advantage

Management Trainee (Code: MT)
Requirements:

• Hold S1 degree with any major from reputable university
• GPA min 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male / Female with max. Age 25 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Strong Leadership, honest , and high integrity
• High motivation to learn
• Good sense of improvement

Production Supervisor (Code:Prod.SPV)
Responsibilities:

• To control quality and productivity on production dept.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain process & product quality for each line
• Set Up capacity and maintain daily output and production time to achieve production plan
• Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if there’s any problems
• To control line leader and operator performance in achieving production target
• As PIC of any improvement project

Requirements:

• Hold S1 degree with any major from reputable university
• GPA min 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male/ Female with max. Age 27 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Strong Leadership, honest , and high integrity
• High motivation to learn and Good sense of improvement
• Computer literate ( Office, Drawing, Statistical ) will be an advantage

Production Line Leader (Prod-LL)
Responsibilities:

• Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
• Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
• Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems
• Perform KAIZEN activity in production line
• To control operator performance to achieve production target
• To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior
• Function  : To control quality and productivity on production line

Requirements:

• Hold Diploma degree (D3) from any major above
• GPA min 2.80 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male / Female with max. Age 25 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Strong Leadership, honest and high integrity
• Computer literate ( Office, Drawing, Statistical )

Production Maintenance (Technician) (PM-Tech)
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with his subordinate to do maintenance job
• Periodical maintenance accordance maintenance schedule
• Preventive maintenance accordance maintenance schedule
• Over hole machine accordance maintenance schedule
• Trouble shooting machinery problem
• Summary Daily NG Check list and improvement for quality up
• Keep and control tools, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Function : To maintenance and monitoring machine his field

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Max. 28 years old
• Diploma degree with 2 years experience in similar field will be and advantage
• High dependability, trusted, good leadership & interpersonal skill
• Have a passion in maintenance and improvement
• Good English literacy and general computer skill

Corporate Planning Supervisor (CP-Spv) (Bekasi, Cikarang)
Responsibilities:

• To summarize and making Budget and Forecast
• To update PL actual
• To making costing budget
• To update costing quarterly and check update costing monthly
• Function: To make and update OMI report
• Scope: Budget, forecast, actual PL, BS and Costing

Requirements:

• Female (Max. 25 years old)
• Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree, or with 2 years experience in similar field
• Preferable majoring in Accounting
• High dependability, trusted, good leadership & interpersonal skill
• Good English literacy and general computer skill
• Good knowledge of budget management, forecast, and PL
