- Min S1 Graduate with GPA min 3.00
- Fresh Graduates, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Management, Marketing, Psychology, IT, Accounting, Finance
- Male (except for Chemical Engineering, Management, Marketing)
- Max 1 year working experience (optional)
- Fluent in English
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Cilegon
