Ciwandan Shift Analyst
Requirements:
- Diploma or School of Chemical Analyst.
- Minimum 1 yearexperience in Laboratory for Diploma and minimum 2 years for School of Chemical Analyst
- Computer literate min Microsoft Office
- Good command in English oral and written
- Understanding the outline of manufacturing process of clinker and cement
- Capable for sample preparation method and various physical testing
- Understand the principles of physics testing, raw material analysis and cement test analysis.
- Mastering the technique of calibration equipment.
- Capable to use LIMS / Excel as a working tool (ex/ registers, provide comments, print out reports, etc.)
Responsibilities :
- To provide professional chemical and process engineering support for the CC Plant, specifically (but not limited to) : Cement Grinding CC-2 and Kiln CC-1 (main responsibilities) and Cement Grinding CC-1 (Second line responsibilities)
- To process adjustments as a result of deviations from ideal plant performance
- Education:
- Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
- Experience:
- Min 1 year experience in current position
- Experience in heavy processing chemical industry with a focus on process and quality improvement is an advantage
- Computer literacy:
- Computer knowledge (excel, word, power point)
- Language:
- Good in English both oral or written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Ability to challenge the ways things are done in an innovative way
- Ability to respect and evaluate new ideas inn a professional manner
- Ability to deal with a process improvement issues with a high degree of professionalism

- The main function of the assistant to HRD director is to provide assistance support to HRD director in managing and developing Holcim business in Indonesia throughout involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other directors and managers for a specific area of concerns. The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing HRD director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation. Assistant to HRD Director is expected to decide tools, methods and model of data analysis and simulation to come out with the required result
- Education:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.

- Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
- Language:
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English(oral and written)
