Equipment Management Solution Analyst - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management is the overall management of processes and activities involved through the entire lifecycle of equipment. This cycle begins with the delivery of the equipment and continues through the day-to-day operation and maintenance to major repairs and rebuilds. Every decision made during this cycle will have an impact on the cost per unit of production achieved.
- Equipment Management team responsible to deliver Equipment Management Solution (Strategy, Planning, Condition Monitoring and Technology) to equipment’s owners to help them to achieve optimum cost per unit production.
- Selected candidates will be provided with continuous development program, career development opportunities, attractive remuneration packages etc
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Physics or equivalent with GPA Minimum of: 2.9
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Possessing a problem solving competence & capability demonstrated from experience in student organization involvement or equivalent (preferable)
- Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
- Good communication and presentation skill in English with at least having TOEIC score of 400
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage
- Must be willing to travel and prepared to work in all over Indonesia whenever required

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent. Job role in Auditing or Management.
- Currently a risk manager, preferably from mining/heavy equipment/non-banking industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 31000 framework.
- 30-40years old, with risk management experience including formulation and implementation.
- Preferably holds risk management certification
- Self motivated, drive
- Good confidence
- Good communication skills, speaks English fluently.
- Willingness for occasional travel accross Indonesia.
