Relationship Manager (Code: RM)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Be the face of CIMB Niaga in providing industry best approach in maintaining and serving customers, providing solutions to their problems and increasing cross sells and customer portfolio within the bank. CIMB Niaga Relationship Managers will be continuosly molded into becoming the role model within the bank’s ambition to becoming the leader in its industry.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
  • Minimum GPA (IPK) 2.75 of 4.
  • Having 1-2 year of experience in the banking or retail industry, and knowledge of the banking products are an advantage.
  • Age between 24 – 35.
  • Strong self-motivation for improvement.
  • Positive attitudes are essential in performing sales and service activites.
  • Pleasant yet assertive in communication skills.
  • Fair English skills, verbal and in writing.
E-Banking Manager (Code: EM)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • To attend to customer’s needs from account opening to inquiry assistance. Proactively developing the business through rigorous cross selling of savings, current account and time deposit products, credit cards, home loan, auto loan and bancassurance. Being the forefront of the bank in the new era of internet banking, mobile banking and phone banking. Managing performance for excellence and be the role model for the team. CIMB Niaga e-Banking Managers will be built into the forefront of the bank’s culture of strong performance-oriented team with the mindset of being the best at serving and winning their customers in the industry.
  • Each e-Banking Manager will be equipped with relevant knowledge of the bank’s relevant products and services, as well as the skills and competencies in performing their roles and responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop sound relationship with customers and potential customers, to ultimately increase their sales portfolio through new customer acquisitions, increased product penetration and cross selling. Devise the most effective sales strategy in acquiring new customers. Managing the portfolio and sales performance of their area to the extent of leading and motivating a team in order to ensure the common goal of heightened productivity is achieved.

Marketing Executive (Code: ME)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • To increase the branch’s market share and portfolio by acquiring new customers for savings account, current account, time deposit, bancassurance, investments, and loan products. Create and maintain relationship with new and existing customers, providing service and assistance for customers.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
  • Minimum GPA (IPK) 2.75 of 4.
  • Having 1-2 year of experience in the banking or retail industry, and knowledge of the banking products are an advantage.
