Cost Analyst - Jakarta
Role Synopsis :
- The cost analyst role is a representative of finance function based in the business/ department where the main roles is to provide support to the business/ BRO in ensuring sound financial control over budget, forecast, and actuals of the departmental spending whilst also ensuring compliance and authorization of spending over relevant policy and regulations (external and internal)
- Accountable for ensuring all cost compliance works related to both external (BPMIGAS, Partners) and internal (Actual, Accruals, LTP, GFO, FM) run smoothly and in accordance to prevailing regulations and BP internal policy and guidelines.
- Accountable for ensuring the financial control process is fully embedded.
- Accountable for responding to any request in relation cost related matter coming from external stakeholders i.e. partner, BPMigas.
- Managing departmental budget performance, AOP & RFOP. Minimize surprises.
- Proactively looking a way to continuous improve the control process by challenging self, others and existing control system.
- Provide strong support to Management in monitoring the budget and spending.
- Continue building a strong network and strategic relationship with Finance, PSCM to improve control process.
- Building relationship with key individual at BPMIGAS.
- University degree (S1) in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting/financial experience.
- Strong knowledge of PSC environment and internal control framework.
- Strong knowledge on Cost Recovery process, including WP&B, AFE, relevant BPMIGAS PTK and other relevant Government regulations
- Strong analytical, financial control and accounting skills gained in the Business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven capability and ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong technical knowledge in PSC and IFRS, and ability to develop the control framework to improve business performance.
