Management Trainee - Sales (MT - Sales)
Requirements :
- Male, with maximum age 26 years old
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree from all majors
- Fresh graduate or have max 1 year of working experience
- Able to ride a motorcycle and have SIM C
- Have potential leadership, organizational experience, high willingness to learn, hardworking, and motivated to excel
- Computer literate, min Ms. Office and internet applications
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Managing all budget data and sales forecast both local and export, and translate them into a stable production planning.
- Running all the planning flow properly in SAP so that it can generate accurate output for the process of procurement and production plan.
- Working together with the Manufacturing Department to obtain the desired production capacity according to demand/sales forecast
- Bachelor degree
- Having experience as PPIC in Food Manufacturing Consumer Goods Industry
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership and team work
- Having knowledge in Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse management
- Familiar with SAP and computer program related to PPIC.
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- To be basedin Cibinong – Bogor
