Customer Care Frontline (Cileungsi - Narogong Bogor)
Responsibilities:
- Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.

- Control overdue amount of customer’s invoice by sending SMS Blast as one tool of collection
- Bachelor degree, preferable from Management / Finance / Accounting
- Experience :
- Good exposure of accounting & finance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Documenting & Filling

- Hydraulic Engineer has responsibility to manage hydraulic team in regard of maintaining all hydraulic-pneumatic equipments in the plant with reliability at lowest sustainable cost, and also has responsibility to manage lubrication team to conduct all activities related with Lubrication system including change and topping up lubricants for all equipment in the plant in order to maintain adequate lubricants of equipments during operation to achieve high availability
