Call Center Officer (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond promply to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all rellevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departements
- Female, max 28 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum a year experience as Call Center or Customer Service
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have excellent phone manner
- Proficients in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills with strong influence and persuasiveness
- Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and letters
- Welcoming visiting customers or guides
- Assist in simple administrative duties
- Female, age max 25 years old
- SMU/SMK or diploma degree in any field
- Having experience at least a year as Front Desk Officer or Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good appearance and pleasant personality
- Have excellent phone manner
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring in Electronical Engineering from reputable Academy / University
- Preferably, 2 or 3 years experienced in electronic maintenance, predictive maintenance, overhaul, engineering project execution, improvement of existing equipment, troubleshooting, testing and installation
- Knowledgable of PLC system, capable reading electronic and electrical diagram & design
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administration activities to support Recruitment & Talent Development team
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Fresh Graduate / less than 1 year experience
- Good in English

Responsibilities:
- Asisst in supervising daily warehouse operations
- Perform stock taking and inventory management
- Handle operational and warehouse issues
- Bachelor degree majoring in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience in general warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory control in FMCG industry
- Knowledge in general warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop working relationship
