Specialist Contract (Code: SPC)
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
- Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Having national or international certification in Supply Chain / Procurement.
- Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mining Engineering.
- Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
- Having experience in using MINEX software.
- Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction / operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
- Understand project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
- Familiar / experience working in a dynamic project environment.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma 3 Mechanical / Civil or other related discipline with 10 years working or S1 with 5 years experience as draftsman in project environment and / or bulk handling equipment and process, fluid handling equipment i.e. Piping & pipeline system. Experience in mining industry would be an advantage.
- Conversant with AutoCAD and drawing management system.
- Good knowledge of survey and engineering measurement methods.
- Conversant with engineering design standards.
- Good understanding of design, fabrication and installation techniques.
- Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.
- Knowledge of project management activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring inCivil Engineering.
- Having min 3 years plus of relevant industry / management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position.
- Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering / Construction and / or earthmoving industries. Having experience in Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
- Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
- Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree with 3 years experience in the areas of Purchasing, inventory control, warehouse including technical inspection.
- Knowledge of purchasing, market places, warehousing principles.
- Sound knowledge of natures of materials, Inventory Control System, Contracts, Import Regulations and understanding of the techniques involving International procurement.
- Able to interpret product / manufactures catalogues.
Requirements :
- Have experience and proven skills in user support environment (minimum 5 years) with a broad knowledge in the fields of computing and communications and a strong organization and planning capability.
- Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and / or hold a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or other recognized organization in computing services.
- Have experience in people management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role (with direct subordinates).
- Have a strong customer focus with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Requirements :
- Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in Accounting, Engineering or a Business discipline with 5 years relevant work experience in manufacturing, mining or heavy engineering industries, encompassing a broad range of practical financial, production, maintenance, technical and people management issues.
- Strong analytical skills.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Human Resources management, education or social sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business.
- Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years).
- Have knowledge of adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals.
- Instructional and facilitation skills.
- Time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to formulate learning objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs.
- Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management.
