Suply Chain Administration - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Doing administration work within suply chain division such manage a letter, documents, and filing
- Compile the monthly report from all section within suplay chain division
- Arranging the meeting, flight and accomodation for bussiness trip for all suply chain division team
- Inputting data to suply chain system
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Having at least 1 years experience in admisitration works
- Having computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining corporate legal documents (Articles of Association, agreement, license, share certificates, register of shareholders), including subsidiaries that have legal implications both hardcopy and softcopy for ensuring documentation and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manages all the working files are done, make sure all the working files have accurate information.
- Check the validity of each document in accordance with the regulations.
- Doing documentation in accordance with the provisions and procedures so that documents can be easily found if needed, stored in database systems, controlled presence and preserved in reasonable condition.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and make reports asset database management for management monthly evaluation.
- Communicate regularly with Land Compensation and the Document of Compliance for the status report on the progress of verification and registration of assets Adaro Persada Mandiri.
- Implement secretarial functions including communication with tenants APM.
- Administer all license Adaro Persada Mandiri document assets and inform stakeholders when necessary renewal / alteration permits and regulations.
- Contribute to the development projects and asset management and service delivery by Adaro Persada Mandiri in accordance with the project management structure established gradually.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Economic, Law, or Notariat with min.GPA 3.00
- Having experience as asset management (preferably from Real Estate/ Industry Development).
- Fluency in english is a must.
- Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization.
