Geodetic Supervisor
Responsibility :
- This is a Staff position reporting to Engineering Superintendent. This position is responsible in coordinating, organize, and control survey within contract agreement between PT Arutmin Indonesia and mining contractors with the objective of meeting accurate survey qualities by implementing a reliable methods on survey practices.
- Hold University degree (S-1) in Geomatic and or Geodetic Engineering with GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in mining industries, preferable from coal mining company
- Familiarity with Mining Software such as Minescape and ArcGIS
- Capable to organize survey crews and engineers in achieving company goals
- Possess good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work in team environment displaying leadership
- High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.

Responsibility
- This position is based in Jakarta, reporting to Superintendent Compensation & Benefit. This position is responsible to analyze and review Com-Ben policy and procedure. This position is also responsible to support Superintendent in any Industrial Relation issues.
- Hold reputable university degree (S-1) from any related major, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics or Statistics with GPA min 3.00, hold Post Graduate / Master Degree is more preferable
- Min. 1 year experience in Com-Ben and/or Industrial Relation area.
- Familiar with Compensation and Benefit System and policy.
- Able to held Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
- Have a knowledge and able to make job grading system.
- Excellent in Excell (Macro and Visual Basic).
- Possess a good knowledge in labor law and other related regulations regarding the industrial relations.
- Possess good knowledge about coal mining industry.
- Possess good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.

- This is a staff position reporting to Maintenance Superintendent. He/She is responsible to provide electrical maintenance planning to ensure high levels of equipment availability in a safe, environmentally sound, and cost effective manner.
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university with Electronics engineering concentration.
- Fresh graduate with outstanding performance is encourage to apply.
- Possess good knowledge in Fixed Mechanical Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Management, Shut Down Management.
- Familiarity with Conveyors Drive System, Barges & Port Facilities.
- Independent, self motivated and hard worker
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
- Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
- Possess strong capability to work as a team.
- Showed high integrity and commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety and business ethic.
