General Requirements :

• Citizen of Indonesia, male / female, maximum age 24 years old
• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree or Bachelor (S1) degree
• Minimum GPA 2.75 for state university graduate or 3.00 for private university graduate
• Minimum height 170 cm for male and 160 cm for female
• Well groomed, attractive appearance, with proportional weight to height
• Sound mind and body based on medical check up by doctor or laboratorium
• Not married
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia

• Curriculum vitae
• Copy of valid ID card / driver license or Surat Keterangan Domisili
• Copy of education diploma or Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) or academic transcript
