Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- High level of oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing procedures and policies.
- Experience in purchasing preferably in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 2 years experience with technical product purchases preferred.
- Sourcing & Costing knowledge
- Strong personal computer skills – Windows, Excel. ect.
- Negotiation / Persuasive Skills
Responsibilities

- Summary all incoming and outgoing phone to keep record
- To receive in-out telephone call include transfer to all extension
- To connect the phone domestic and oversea to official and keep record
- To summary all visitor and in-out telephone call to keep record by monthly
- To receive all invoice to support administration department
- To support any document in-out and record
- To check the time for visitor, contact and record in lock book
- To take care all facility at lobby
- To look after for merchandise display
- D3 Degree in any major
- Experience in Call service or Operator
- Good relationship, Customer in mind and Responsibilities
- Good English communication and Computer MS office
Responsibilities :
- Daily Supporting
- Reconcile disposition pending on Inventory
- Check all materials receipts & issuance for finished goods and P&A inventories
- Examine inventory data, identify errors quickly and efficiently
- Problem solve issues directly related to inventory by performing root cause analysis whether issues are caused by process error, human error, or electronic flaw and take corrective actions to prevent situations detrimental to inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory integrity with visibility, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of inventory records by designing, testing and implementing inventory controls and systems.
- At month end: Accounting
- Prepare and close all month end transactions for Vehicle and Parts & Accessories (P&A)
- Reconciliation all inventory accounts (P&A, vehicles, inventory in transit, etc.)
- Booking all transactions for month end inventory Reconciliation all inventory accounts
- Perform inventory analysis: Inventory movement
- Analyze valuation over inventory (LCM/NRV)
- Analyze slow moving, obsolete inventory
- At year end
- Participate in cycle counts, annual physical inventory for P&A and Vehicles, process and document controland propose ideas for continuous improvement teams
- Bachelor or Associate Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting.
- Experience in external audit required..
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of Inventory and Cost Accounting
- Good level of analytical skill – able to independently analyze problems
- Powerful user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with Word.
- Ability and willingness to learn SAP financial modules and GM Product Cost systems. Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Requirements :
- Strong Computer literacy including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD advantageous
- Previous supervisory experiences and work in team environment
- Can communicate and deal effectively with people at all different levels
- Manages the material flow process through banks, buffers, min-max control process including visual inventory controls.
- Be able to perform all strategic thinking of material flow perspective and teach.
- Know FIFO concept, including smooth Sequencing and Orderly pick parts supply system control
- 3 – 5 years related work experiences in Store / Material Handling and Parts supply to line side with JIT/Lean and FIFO concept, including smooth Sequencing and Orderly pick parts supply system.
- Involve and do CIP for line-side material presentation manufacturing and supply team.
- Work with packaging engineer /specialist to approve /change on packaging in order to optimize material flow through the entire processes with low cost
