Call Center Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically Respond promply to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all rellevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Communicate and coordinate with internal departements
- Female, max 28 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum a year experience as Call Center or Customer Service
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have excellent phone manner
- Proficients in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills with strong influence and persuasiveness
- Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Prepare journal entry for Bank
- Prepare daily urgent payment
- Maintain and review supporting document for all HO cash and bank outgoing transaction
- Verify all petty transaction request including appropriateness of account selection
- Document related administration
- Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable University with GPA min 3.00
- Having experience minimal a year as Treasury Staff / Cashier from FMCG company
- Computer literate
- Good communication skill, analytical thinking
- Able to work individually as well as a team
- Willing to work overtime and travel whenever necessary
