PRODUCTION PLAN & CONTROL STAFF (Code : PPC)
Requirements
  • Male or Female, Age around 23-27 years old 
  • Diploma (D3) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Japanese Literature
  • GPA minimum 2.80 from reputable university
  • Good knowledge of MRP and Ordering
  • Computer skill ( MS Office ) is a must
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written, able to speak Japanese will be useful 
  • Willing to be located in Manufacturing Site.
POWER & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Code : PM-SV)
Requirements
  • Male, Maximum  35 years old 
  • Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Electrical Engineering (priority) or Mechanical Engineering
  • Having more than 7 (seven) years experience in the field of factory maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Relay Sequence, PLC Sequence, Inverter, CNC, Pneumatic and hydraulic
  • Having an excellent skill in leadership, management planning, problem solving & decision making, and result oriented
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate with excellent in MS. Office and Auto Cad program
GENERAL SERVICES STAFF (Code : GSS)
Requirements
  • Male, maximum 23 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree majoring in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Having minimum 1 (one) year in the field of General Affair
  • Having knowledge of Building would be preferred
  • Can operate MS Office and AutoCad
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be located in our Manufacturing site

Requirements
  • Male, maximum 25 years old
  • Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Electrical Engineering ( heavy-duty current program ) or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable university
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Having minimum 1 year experience in the field of factory maintenance and understanding Total Preventive Maintenance would be an advantage
SECRETARY FOR DIRECTOR (Code : SFD)
Requirements
  • Female, single maximum 25 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree majoring in Secretary, Management or Office Administration
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Having attractive appearance with minimum height 160 cm
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written with Minimum TOEFL score is 500
  • Pleasant personality and able to work in a team
  • Computer literate with excellent in MS Office
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (Code : TDS)
Requirements
  • Male / Female with age max. 35 years.
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have at least 4 years experience in handling and delivering training activities.
  • Good knowledge in conducting TNA and training evaluation.
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, energetic, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
ADMINISTRATION STAFF (Code : ADM)
Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum 27 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree of Management
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Computer skill (MS-Office) is a must
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Understanding of flow process and documentation filing
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship
  • Having an experience in handling administrative jobs would be an advantage
AREA SERVICE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (Code : ASDS)
Requirements
  • Male, age around 25-30 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Having an exposure in workshop development will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility with strong communication skill
  • Mature in leadership, passion, and result oriented with presentation skill
  • Familiar with computer and understanding technical drawing programs.
  • Willingly to perform business / official trips
JAPANESE INTERPRETER STAFF (Code : JIS)
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age maximum 45 years old
  • Certified Japanese language proficiency test min. Level 2 (Noryoku Shiken) is a must
  • Having an experience as interpreter min. 3 years in Japanese
  • Manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Familiar with office application such as Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a working experience in Japan will be an advantage
PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING STAFF (Code : PES)
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age around 20-27 years old
  • Bachelor (S1) majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, Automotive)
  • Diploma (D3) majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electricity)
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Cooperative and Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki's factory sites
INTERNAL AUDITOR STAFF (Code : IAS)
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age around 25-30 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Accounting or Management with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university
  • Working experience min. 2 years in public accounting firm is favorable
  • Strong understanding in general accounting, tax practices, financial reports and other related regulations
  • Showing comprehensive knowledge in auditing system (standards and techniques) will be useful
  • High integrity, self motivated and result oriented, perseverance and able to work under pressure
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written)
  • Familiar with MS Office and other software of internal auditing system
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki's factory sites
Service Area Representative (Code: SAR) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Male or Female
  • Maximum 32 years old
  • S1/S2 degree majoring in Management / Economy / Communication
  • Minimum GPA = 3,00 from reputable university
  • Having min. 2 years experience in the field of developing network
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) or Japanese would be very helpful.
