Officer Safety (Job No.: 835753)
Responsibilities :
  • An excellent opportunity for Officer – Safety  has arisen to join our HSE Dept team. Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to Safety Coordinator. You will you ensure to co-ordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimise exposure to personal injury and plant and equipment damage. To assist Line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities
  • The scopes of your role will include but not limited to participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs ; act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required; provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to mining supervisory level to helps them fulfill their Safety responsibilities.
Requirements :
  • Diploma Degree in relevant field (OHS), Previous experience in Safety Admin/ administrative role;
  • Technical knowledge in TCI obligations and standards, Thiess Management Systems; 
  • Statutory requirements,  familiar with Safety management at all levels;
  • Good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred

Officer ICT (Job No.: 835755)
Responsibilities :
  • An excellent opportunity for ICT Support Officer has arisen to join our Project Service ICT Dept team. Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to ICT Coordinator. You will ensure to solve all the problems or any issues and involvement of each process of upgrading or replacement the data and communication system, including all software and hardware are common and always used by the client.
  • The scopes of your role will include but not limited to apply Thiess Procedure with in the work force in relation to safety / environmental and work duties;  able to assist and able to solve a problem when users have problems related to data processing and communications; Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner active monitoring administrative, registration, billing system and users problem issue; willing and able to become the second person when one team can not fill positions that have been setup; actively contribute suggestions and positive feedback for quality and performance work team. Communicate openly and honestly at all times; ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TMS and Sangatta Management plan are followed ; investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment, this includes user abuse.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma in IT, understanding the data processing and preventive system especially with database and web programming;  understand computer hardware / software and network system procedure Knowledge with the ICT Management System.

Analyst Data (Job No.: 835749)
Responsibilities :
  • An excellent opportunity for Data Analyst has arisen to join our Plant Supports team. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Data Management Group Supervisor, you will have responsibilities to optimize component life through the application of data trending and analyzing; download data from mobile equipment and create reports on condition and events to Operations and Maintenance departments in safety, timely and accurate manner; electronic monitoring and data logging of on board equipment systems for vital signs and irregularities; report and generate work orders for any prognostic (before failure) data from daily and weekly download; download and report events where irregularities occurred after component failure; assist in the development and implementation of true and accurate reports for Mining and Maintenance departments; perform other duties as required by Plant / Planning Supt.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Technical High School (SMK) with Computer Experience or Mechanical Engineering degree is preferable;
  • Has qualification and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics with strong computer and analytical skills;
  • 2 years experience in similar role;
  • Information monitoring and data collection;
  • Light vehicle driving ability; good communication in English as well Bahasa.
