Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in :

Call Center Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities :

• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Respond promply to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all rellevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departements

Requirements :

• Female, max 28 years old
• Diploma  / Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum a year experience as Call Center or Customer Service
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Have excellent phone manner

Requirements :
