Customer Care Frontline - Cileungsi (Narogong Bogor)
Responsibilities (Scope of work) :
  • Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate will be considered.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Narogong Bogor.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Central Control Room (CCR) Panelman - Cilegon (Banten)
Responsibilities:
  • To Maintainplant operations, to monitorand control the process of milling operations Raw Mill & Finish Mill in the CentralControl Room to get the product in accordance with the targets,andtake the necessary steps to maintain theengine, as well as the quality of products according to quality standards.
Requirements :
  • Diploma or SMU/SMK in relevant filed
  • Min 1 year experience in current position, and 2 years experiance as patroller
  • Computer literate, min Microsoft Office
  • Good in English both oral or written
  • Other qualification / skills:
    • Understand cement manufacturig process from raw material to final product and the targeted standard of quality Understand the work of operational machinery and equipment
    • Knowledge about controlling operation of the production process
    • Raw Mill and Cement from CCR
    • Knowledge the interlock system and automatic equipment
Sales Representative Officer - Cirebon
Requirements :
  • University degree from any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture and Management
  • Minimum 1year experience in similar industry
  • Computer literate, min Microsoft Office
  • Good command in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills:
    • Knowledge of cement product, concrete technology and materials will be an advantage

Field Technician - West Java
Responsibilities (Scope of works):
  • The purpose of this position is to assist Technical Superintendent in field testing of fresh concrete, making and curing specimen. The assignment will be covering, but not limited to:
    • Support Technical Section policy covering quality control and quality assurance
    • Field Testing Preparation
    • Sampling and curing specimen
    • Monitor inventory stock level of laboratory equipment
    • Assist scheduling for technical vehicle and arrangement of technical operational cost
Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma from Civil Engineering
  • Have a certificate concrete technology level 1 course and training
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experiences in QA/ QC – R&D – Technical support areas of a concrete manufacturing environment
  • Computer literate, min MS Office & Internet
  • Good command in English oral and written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Understand caoncrete technology level 1 covering concrete raw material testing, concrete sampling, curing and testing
    • Understand concrete troubleshooting level 1 that cover Schmidt Hammer Test and Core Test
    • Good communication skill

Technical Sales Planner & Coordinator - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • As a Tech. Sales Planner & Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible to create excellent Key Account Management System and act as a backup in order to help Key Account to penetrate customers better, to serve customers better and to increase customer satisfaction level :
    • To coordinate with Key Account for every data needed (volume per customer, DSO, Price, Overdue status, etc)
    • To update each Key Accounton on their performance, especially budget tracking, ASP tracking, DSO tracking, Overdue tracking, etc
    • To preparemonthly report, weekly forecast, monthly forecastand other data needed by other department  – in coordination with each Key Account
    • To understand customers need, and proactively propose activities that could help Key Account in order to serve their customers better
    • To develop good Key Account Management System (reporting  system, visit monitoring, performance tracking, etc)
    • To create good system for reimbursement, cash advance, traveling and quarterly bonus scheme calculation for each Key Account
Requirements:
  • Minimum university degree from any major
  • Experience in dealing with Key Account, and able to build and maintain effective coordinationwithin team and with other departments
  • Understand deadline well, able to perform effective and efficiently within limited timeline
  • Computer Literacy :
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Lotus Notes, Internet,SAP,  other programming language (will be an advantage)
  • Good in English and Bahasa (spoken & written)
  • Other Qualification :
    • Willing to Travel
    • Willing to work with flexible working hour
