IT Compliance Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT Compliance against Peraturan Bank Indonesia and any other best practice standards
  • Perform risk based IT Audit
  • Assist in day to day IT Compliance process
  • Develop reguler IT compliance report
  • Give suggestion on IT process improvement
Requirements:
  • Male or Female 24-32 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with GPA min 3.00
  • Have an Experience in IT Auditing / IT Compliance / IT Process Definition
  • Have an Experience in writing policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a high level of organization and time management
Security Administration Operation Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Manage permintaan User Id (new,update,reset,delete) aplikasi corebanking dan corporate
  • Manage User Role matrix menu untuk masing-masing aplikasi
  • Trouble shooting jika ada masalah dalam aplikasi yang terkait dengan User ID dan hak akses User
  • Mengeluarkan data User ID jika diperlukan untuk proses investigasi / review
  • Melakukan review User ID secara rutin per bulan maupun berkala (2x dalam 1 tahun )
  • Mantain CCTV (backup, review, memastikan CCTV berjalan dengan baik)
Requirements:
  • Male and Female aged 22-25 years
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems, with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Preferably for a fresh graduate or have experience working for 1 year
  • Mastering Microsoft Office (at least Ms.Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
  • Having knowledge of Database and SQL can be a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and have a high motivation to work
  • Discipline, honest, diligent and trustworthy
Security Standard & Prosedure Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Membuat dokumen policy & prosedur untuk setiap aplikasi yang dipakai di Panin Bank
  • Melakukan review dan mengupdate policy & prosedur sesuai kondisi yang berjalan
  • Melakukan review dan memastikan matrix role aplikasi sudah dijalankan dengan benar
  • Membuat / mengupdate kebijakan terkait security system sesuai dengan kondisi yang berjalan
  • Melakukan follow up temuan audit terkait security system
  • Melakukan review security setting aplikasi, OS, dan database, logical serta physical security
  • Memastikan physical & logical security telah dilaksanakan dengan benar
Requirements:
  • Male and Female aged 22-26 years
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems, with a a minimum GPA 3:00
  • Preferably for a fresh graduate or have experience working for 1 year

Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Melakukan pemasangan iklan lowongan di berbagai media lowongan pekerjaan.
  • Menyortir CV yang masuk, disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh user.
  • Melakukan interview terhadap kandidat yang lolos psikotes.
  • Menjalin hubungan komunikasi yang baik dengan user.
  • Mengadakan kerja sama dengan universitas dan media.
  • Memastikan kebutuhan permintaan user terpenuhi.
Requirements:
  • Male, age 21-27 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology from reputable university, with a minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Having a good interview skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being able to provide a good test instructions.
  • Ability to work in teams or individually.

  • Having fluent in English skills.

Credit Administration Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Liase with branches credit unit.
  • Data processing and analizing.
  • Handling SID
  • Monitoring credit reports.
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, 21- 25 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
  • Loved office administration jobs
  • Able to work at weekend if needed.
  • Good analytical thinking and detail oriented
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
  • Able to work at individual or team setting.
  • Fresh graduate or experience are welcome.
Staff Service Quality
Responsibilities:
  • Creating and building service programs that impact on improving the quality of services in the branch.
  • Benchmarking service in both the banking industry and the other creating ideas that can be applied to the development of services Panin Bank.
  • Perform service monitoring and observation of the service branches, and then evaluate the results of the
  • Perform active communication with the frontliners and also do role play and coaching in order to improve customer services skills.
  • Conduct a review of all the results that have been implemented if the program is in accordance with the target and deserves to be a regular program.
  • Conduct a review of any measurement implementation of quality of service and outreach to branch.
  • Do the development services to internal (branch) and external (customer).
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, 25-30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Mass Communications or any major with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences as Service Quality Officer or any service field are more preferred.
  • Competencies: Presentation Skill, Conceptual Thinking, Integrity, Service Orietnted, Organization Commitment, Leadership.
