Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the following position:

Operational Internal Audit Officer
Responsibilities:
  • To assess potential business risks for different business units, assign team members base on the required skills and capabilities to ensure the effectiveness of the audit assignments
  • Develops audit project work plan, audit programs and special audit programs in order to provide guidelines for team members achieving project objectives.
  • Communicates audit projects to auditees in order to obtain support from auditee
  • Leads the implementation of audit project according to the approved audit project work plan and audit programs, monitors, makes changes when necessary and reports progress to Head of Internal Audit in order to ensure the achievement of project objectives and to ensure that the proper actions can be taken correctly based on the audit findings
  • Leads in-depth investigation and collect supporting evidence in order to ensure whether the irregularities or fraud has been occured
  • Develops audit finding summary, communicates, discusses and provide eveidences of those findings to the Head of respective unit in order to determine necessary actions
  • Develop final audit report including recommendation and submit it to the head of Internal Audit for approval
  • Evaluates project implementation in order to improve team performance in accomplishing a project
  • Performs other work related duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
  • Holds min S1 from any relevant disciplines, preferably from Accounting / Management.
  • Solid technical skill in the finance & operation skill
  • Computer literate to relevant office application such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
  • Sufficient English skill, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skill
  • Sufficient in process and technical Internal Audit

Administration Support
Requirements:
  • Holds min S1 from Accounting, a Secretarial College, Business Administration, or any relevant disciplines
  • Having experience in handling Accounting would be an advantage.
  • Possesses min 2 year work experience in handling Accounting and/ or Administration
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent English skill, both spoken and written.
  • Good correspondence skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administrative skill.
Maintenance Staff - IT Helpdesk
Responsibilities:
  • Plan the needs and provide availability of IT, office equipment, , computer, for staff that need to be maintained.
  • Ensures all offices and their supporting facilities are well functioned and maintained.Liaise with the chosen agents/vendors whenever there is error/ damage on the office equipment.
  • Develop draft of SOP on maintenance process.
  • Carry out disposal of property according to organizational needs.
  • Monitor internet connection, network, server, and remote application performance and availability and serve as first level contact to ISP in case of problems.
  • Helpdesk for computer and printer problem. Monitor backup process of servers and assist users to perform their own individual backup. Do regular IT health check every month.
  • Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Holds min D3 from business administration, IT or any relevant disciplines.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Possesses min 2 (two) years’ work experience.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and programming languages.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skill .
  • Has good management and time planning.
  • Good administrative skill.
Dormitory Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • Plan the needs of dormitory logistic and facilities such as number of rooms, furniture, pillow, cabinet, washing machine, cleaning tools, room keys, iron, etc. will be used for students and residence staff.
  • Coordinate with building management on the dormitory maintenance such as electricity, equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Maintain safety and security of the dorm including coordinate with building management security.
  • Coordinate with building management that meals are serve to students and residence staff as the menu agreed.
  • Develop draft of SOP within school dormitory related to dorm logistic issues.
  • Discuss with outsourcing company regarding the security guard roster.
  • Prepare dorm logistic report to Head of Operations.
  • Coordinate with Head of Students Service and General Affairs Staff for dorm activities planning for logistic preparation.
  • Liaise with the chosen agents whenever there is an error/damage on the dormitory equipment/furniture
  • Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Holds min S1 from any relevant disciplines.
  • Must be a team player
  • Possesses min 2 (two) years work experience in dormitory life.
  • Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good conceptual skill.
  • Good administrative skill.
Procurement Staff - Sampoerna Academy Bogor
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
