Officer Development Program for Corporate (ODP - Corporate) - Jabodetabek
Job Descriptions :

• ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, candidates who have the potential and ambition. By attend an intensive training and development program, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in Corporate Banking unit, which is in BII branch network especially in Jakarta Raya area and then developed to be BII future leaders.
• By considering the importance of this program for BII business growth, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in any majors with minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor (S1) and 29 years old for Master (S2)
• Work in Target oriented
• Have a good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Financial Executive (FE) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and follow-up of prospective new customers and prospective customers for product referrals funding
• Offer cross selling business products to new customers and BII existing
• Maintain existing account

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from all majors
• GPA min. 2.75
• Age max. 28 years
• Fresh graduate or have sales experience min. 1 year
• Communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Diligent and tenacious

IT – Developer (ITD) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Involved in analyze, design, code, test and deployment stages of MIS development
• Maintain discipline, work ethic; obey company rules and IT internal procedures
• Actively to work with integrity and aligned with company values and mission

Requirements:

• University degree in information systems or equivalent from reputable university.
• Having experience minimum 1 year in software development, preferably in Financial or Banking industries.
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, Java, XML, Unix and Cognos are preferred.
• Experience in Datastage will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of SDLC methodology.
• Background knowledge of Data Warehouse.
• A self-driven team player in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
• A team player with mature attitude and excellent interpersonal/communication skill.
• Business skill: Banking / Financial, MIS, Business Intelligence preferable.
• Fluent in English speaking and written.

Basic Frontliner Program (BFLP) - Jabodetabek
Requirements:

• Minimal Diploma Degree (D3), preferably S1 from any majors
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Target oriented
• Have a good interpersonal & communication skills, good looking, good persuasion,  and negotiation skills
• Preferred domiciled in Jakarta area
